The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and landscaping, with experience in installing various types of fencing. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in outdoor environments. As a Fence Installer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the security and aesthetics of residential and commercial properties. Duties Install various types of fences including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental. Prepare the installation site by clearing debris and ensuring proper measurements. Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling fence materials. Mix and pour concrete for fence posts as needed. Ensure fences are level and securely anchored by performing necessary adjustments. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites. Adhere to safety protocols to minimize risks while working on-site. Skills Proficient in carpentry techniques with experience in frame carpentry. Ability to operate hand tools effectively for various installation tasks. Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus for specific fence types. Experience with concrete finishing to ensure durable installations.
