Fence Installer/Laborer Fierce Fence LLC Mason, TN 38049 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction and installation, particularly in fencing. This role involves working outdoors, utilizing a variety of tools and equipment to ensure high-quality installations that meet our clients’ needs. If you are passionate about building and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Install various types of fences including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental. Assemble fence components accurately and efficiently. Operate power tools and hand tools safely to complete installations. Perform concrete forming for fence posts and other structures as needed. Weld components when necessary for specific fencing projects. Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment throughout the installation process. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times. Skills Proficiency in using power tools such as drills, saws, and augers. Experience with hand tools including hammers, levels, and measuring tapes. Knowledge of hardscape techniques relevant to fence installation. Ability to perform frame carpentry tasks related to fence structures. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long hours outdoors. Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges during installation. Attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and quality workmanship.
