We are seekingdedicated and skilled Maintenance Techs to join our dynamic team .This role will provide essential maintenance support to our busymanufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will be a problemsolver who can effectively troubleshoot and repair a wide range ofequipment and machinery. With a strong emphasis on electrical,hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and CNC systems, this role isperfect for a hands-on technician who thrives in a fast-paced,challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routineinspections of machinery and equipment to identify and respond tosigns of malfunction. 2. Perform preventative maintenance tasks tokeep machinery running at peak levels of performance. 3.Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems and components, utilizingschematics and technical drawings. 4. Coordinate with theproduction team to schedule repairs and maintenance to minimizedowntime. 5. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures tomaintain a safe work environment. 6. Document all maintenance andrepair work, maintaining accurate records for reference andreporting. 7. Keep the maintenance area clean, organized, andstocked with necessary tools and supplies. 8. Collaborate withother technicians and staff to share knowledge and solve complexproblems.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience ina maintenance technician role within a manufacturing environment.2. Proven experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical,mechanical, and PLC systems is essential. 3. Technical training orcertification in hydraulics, maintenance, or a related field ishighly desirable. 4. Demonstrated ability to read and understandtechnical drawings and schematics. 5. Strong problem-solvingskills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range ofequipment. 6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability towork effectively as part of a team. 7. Proven ability to adhere tosafety protocols and procedures at all times. 8. Physical staminaand strength, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work onyour feet for extended periods. 10.
