Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires electrical skills and experience working with steam machines. We are open to candidates from TCAT or those with relevant experience, and no degree is required. Responsibilities Perform maintenance tasks in a manufacturing environment. Work with and maintain steam equipment. Collaborate with the team to ensure all machinery operates efficiently. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Essential Skills Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing setting or TCAT. Proficient electrical skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with extrusion is highly preferred. The work environment includes working closely with steam machinery and requires safety compliance. Dress code is casual, and the facility encourages a hands-on approach to learning and development. Interviews will include a walk-through of the plant with a supervisor, who will test your knowledge on the machinery. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Johnson City, Tennessee. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $49920.00 – $60320.00/yr. comprehensive healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
