Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Deck Builder Crew Member to join our construction team in the Greater Nashville area. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and outdoor construction, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. This role involves constructing and repairing decks and other outdoor structures according to client specifications. Fun and supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and assemble materials such as wood and composite decking. Work with a professional attitude and demeanor with coworkers and homeowners. Install deck boards, railings, stairs, and other components. Operate power tools and hand tools effectively and safely. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate progress and any issues to supervisors and homeowners.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in deck building or related carpentry work. Proficiency in using construction tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills:
