Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for fixing things, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment Perform general maintenance and repairs Identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner Install and maintain fixtures, appliances, and equipment Paint walls, ceilings, patch and other surfaces as needed Strong mechanical knowledge and skills Installing new out door items, Reset Toilets, fix leaks, replace appliances Utilize companies communication platform to send before and after photos to track work orders and document maintenance activities May be responsible for picking up small items needed from Lowes, Home depot etc.

Requirements:

Willing to drive reasonable distances. Must have transportation that will carry all your required tools. Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Proficient in using hand and power tools Ability to work alone and follow instructions written and /or verbally. Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing ( texting) Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks High school diploma or equivalent Have a Working Mobile photo in working condition ( able to send and receive text and respond in a timely manner. Must have basic tools for misc trades.
