If you have experience in manufacturing maintenance, enjoy troubleshooting, and have a multi-craft skillset, this role is a great opportunity for you. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on high-volume assembly lines and sheet metal fabrication equipment. If you have strong electrical knowledge and the ability to adapt quickly to new machinery and challenges, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations. Troubleshoot and repair automated assembly and test equipment , such as conveyor lines, robotic fastening systems, CNC-controlled machines, and more. Use hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to diagnose and repair mechanical issues. Conduct pipe fitting, welding (MIG/TIG), and electrical troubleshooting to resolve mechanical and electrical problems. Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC controllers , and other automated systems. Install, align, and balance new machinery to maintain production efficiency. Adhere to OSHA safety protocols including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and proper PPE usage. Respond to multiple line calls for urgent repairs to maintain production rates. Perform various building maintenance tasks , such as repairing windows, doors, and drywall. Requirements Multi-craft experience with strong electrical and mechanical knowledge . Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing automated systems (conveyor lines, robotic cells, CNC equipment, etc.). Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley). Ability to use a wide range of tools from hand tools to precision measuring instruments and electrical testing devices. Experience in welding, pipe fitting, and fabrication . Ability to work independently with minimal supervision . A proactive and self-motivated approach to maintenance tasks. Basic understanding of safety protocols and equipment handling.
