Part-time Apartment Maintenance Superior Staffing LLC Franklin, TN 37064 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards of an apartment complex. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of various maintenance tasks, including landscaping, painting, trash clearing etc. Any materials necessary for meeting the below tasks will be provided. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs Conduct residential painting and other aesthetic improvements as required. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents. Do basic landscaping and clean up trash on property Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Experience with property maintenance is preferred Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively using logical reasoning and technical knowledge.
