The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on the building and grounds, as well as responding to emergency maintenance requests. This position requires an individual with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently. We are looking for someone who is able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Repair and maintain building systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems. Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and security. Perform minor repairs on equipment and systems. Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner. Maintain records of maintenance activities.
