Maintenance Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $18.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm) Perform routine and emergency maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and building systems. Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safety and functionality. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas and grounds as needed. Assist with renovation and repair projects as assigned. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
Proven experience in apartment or residential maintenance preferred. Proficiency with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair. Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs efficiently. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to walk and stand the whole time.
