Job Title:
Maintenance Technician Job Description The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining all automated equipment and assisting in the creation of report documentation for predictive and preventative maintenance. The role includes sourcing and ordering components for equipment in case of faults in machinery. Additionally, the technician will develop a preventative maintenance Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to predict and prevent equipment downtime. Responsibilities Maintain all automated equipment efficiently. Create documentation for predictive and preventative maintenance. Source and order components for machinery when faults arise. Develop preventative maintenance SOP to reduce equipment downtime. Essential Skills Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting. PLC troubleshooting and control. Proficient in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with Allen-Bradley systems and conveyer installations. Industrial maintenance and repair skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Mechatronics Degree preferred. Experience in PLC debugging. Skill in preventative and predictive maintenance reporting. Work Environment The position is in an assembly-type environment with metal detectors and screening prior to entering the facility. No PPE is required, and the warehouse is temperature controlled. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 – $33.00/hr.
