• Williston Job description SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician has the overall responsibility to support the Chief Engineer in maintaining all facets of the facility, required maintenance, provide hands on repair, as well as some administrative duties.

Responsibilities and Duties Review all open work tickets daily. Review report with Chief Engineer weekly Achieve optimal operating efficiency of building equipment Assist the Chief Engineer in coordinating daily operations of department Maintain a schedule of regular rounds of the facility and issue and/or complete work orders as required Maintain inventories of material in a secure and organized environment Ensure repair and maintenance is completed in a timely fashion. Communicate regularly with department areas in respect to their areas of responsibility. Share 24-hour emergency support with Chief Engineer and call-out shift coverage. Work within department budget. Perform all duties as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL

• 2-year degree or Vocational Education and 2 years work experience or 5 years work experience in carpentry, electrical, or plumbing.

EXPERIENCE

• Technical, Management, Customer Service SKILLS
• Technical, Strong interpersonal skills, written & oral communications, analytical skills, ability to perform well under pressure, moderate level skillset of facility maintenance, and moderate computer operation skills.

Work Conditions

PHYSICAL DEMAND

• Ability to lift heavy objects, full functionality for long periods of time.

Ability to climb, work in a prone position, access equipment from floor to ceiling, use computer and hand tools.
