Job Description:

Maintenance Tech Pay:

$28.00 – $34 per hour

Shift & WorkingHours:

7am-3:30pm; Weekends/Overtime as needed. In this role,you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturingteam, performing maintenance of the facility and productionequipment to ensure our plants can add value and quality to theinputs and creation of final high-quality products. You’ll beresponsible for the installation, ongoing maintenance, andnecessary repairs for the facility and the production equipment.

You will work with a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic,and hydraulic systems and controls. Join our team to become part ofa member-owned co-op that is Rooted In Tomorrow. This role is partof our Nutra Blend business who is an industry leader inmanufacturing and distributing quality vitamin, trace mineral,micro-ingredients, and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complies with all safety processes andinsists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time,completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Monitors performance of plant machinery and equipment for properoperating performance; performs regular and preventive maintenance,repairs, diagnoses, tests, troubleshoots, and inspections on allmachinery and equipment; documents work accordingly
• Ensures allstandard operating procedures are followed
• Able to multi-task andkeep up with demands in a fast-paced environment

RequiredExperience and Skills:

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year ofindustrial or building facility maintenance experience
• Basiccomputer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, followverbal and written instructions and product manuals
• Willingnessto learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
• Strongcollaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful

Preferred Experience:

• 1 to 3 years’ experience working with basicelectrical systems, compressors, welding, plumbing, conveyers,hydraulics, packaging, PLC, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, andpumps.
• LOTO experience
• Forklift experience

PhysicalRequirements:

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequentmovement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning,twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing andother active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personalprotective equipment
