- part-time Maintenance Person
- to join our
- retail team at ourRockingham store location
•.We’re looking for a responsible, self-motivated, and team-orientedindividual to help maintain and repair our store grounds and buildings.
Your work will play a key role in creating a safe, orderly, andwelcoming environment ensuring our customers have an experience thatexceeds expectations.
- A Sampling of What Youll Do
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance as needed on HVAC, Generator, Sprinkler, Water, Sewer, Septic and other systems
- Contact and follow up with vendors as necessary for repairs and maintenance
- Report, repair, and correct any potential safety hazards immediately
- Prepare for seasonal changes such as setting clocks, light timers, set up/clean deck furniture, etc
- Support other facilities as needed
- Who Were Looking For
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Strong understanding of construction work such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc
- Ability to balance multiple tasks at once and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible in acceptance of assignments and direction
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
