This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay , company-provided trucks and tools , and the chance to work with major service providers. As a Cable Technician, you will install, troubleshoot, and maintain telephony, high-speed internet, and video services. Your goal will be to complete a minimum of 4 jobs per day while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Install and activate video, internet, and voice services in residential and commercial settings Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues Perform service upgrades and equipment swaps Maintain accurate and timely communication with customers and dispatch Complete a minimum of 4 jobs per day Represent the company with professionalism and a clean appearance

Qualifications:

No prior experience required — training is provided Must own a smartphone (iPhone or Android, based on market requirements) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet performance goals Must pass a background check and drug screening Valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
