Whether you’re a night owl or an early riser, we’ve got you covered – multiple shifts available (day and night)! ????
What You’ll Do:
As a Data Center Technician, you’ll be at the heart of mission-critical operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing physical upgrades, implementations, and optimizations of server hardware Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues, deploying circuit boards, and running diagnostics Managing support tickets from start to finish with minimal supervision Supporting internal IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, and telecom Installing and deploying IT and network hardware Creating and testing patch cables and verifying cable paths Conducting hardware and inventory audits ????
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience with server hardware troubleshooting A strong interest in technology and computer systems Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently Excellent documentation and communication skills
