We began as a commercial surveillance company specializing in CCTV design and installation. We expanded our services to include intrusion, fire alarm, access control and gate entry. We’ve helped a variety of businesses big and small across Georgia. Most of our clients are multi-family communities, homeowners’ associations, hotels, warehouses, and commercial buildings. Gotcha Security is looking for a talented individual to install security systems such as surveillance cameras, access control, burglar, and fire alarms. •

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Security Installation Technicians with 5+ years of experience Requirements

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Install wire for products such as cameras, access control and fire alarm according to plans Install items such as conduit, poles, and enclosures to support system infrastructure Install security products such as fire alarm devices, smoke detectors, cameras, recorders, card readers, door locks, control panels, networking equipment Troubleshoot and test all installed/serviced equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with customers’ requirements Daily tasks may include: Install devices such as door locks, cameras, smoke detectors Pull wire, trench, install conduit Maintain truck stock Communicate with clients and project manager

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

Skills & Knowledge! Working knowledge of construction principles Reading, following, and applying logical information from schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, instruction manuals, operator guides, work orders, SOP’s and safety rules. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Must be able to communicate effectively Basic computer skills using a laptop with ability to check e-mails using Gmail and effectively manage timecards using Bamboo & ConnectWise. Ability to submit daily time & notes using companies ticketing system – Must know how to use a cell phone including making calls, sending texts, using apps and taking photos. Leadership & Growth! Willing to self-train using necessary resources. Be able to work independently without direct supervision and be able to effectively communicate to management regarding the progress of service tickets. Help establish and document procedures. Non-Negotiable! Experience in related field Possession or commitment to purchase required tools. Honesty and integrity Professional appearance Maintains control and safeguards all company or customer property or information of which employee has been entrusted. Must be willing to work in various weather conditions (Working environment may be subject to high or low temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, heights, standing, bending, and crawling) Ability to work Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 6:00PM (typical days are 10 hours but start and stop times may change based on project/call). Saturday and evening work is rare but may be needed occasionally. Our install crews usually work Monday through Thursday, 10 hours a day. Friday work is uncommon but possible. Adapts well to changing work schedules. Must be a team player “all hands-on deck” when needed. Must be willing to take on new challenges and support a growing operation. Benefits
