Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Low Voltage Technician III to join our Atlanta-based team. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role responsible for the successful installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of advanced low voltage systems. The ideal candidate has deep experience working directly with technical stakeholders and supporting high-profile deployments.

Travel Requirement:

50-60% (Southeast region)

Key Responsibilities Access Control:

Install and program enterprise-level access control systems (KeyScan, Lenel, Isonas, Allegion, etc.)

IP Cameras:

Install, aim, focus, and configure IP camera systems (Dahua, Axis, Uniview, etc.)

Commercial AV:

Install and commission commercial AV systems including video conferencing solutions (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, etc.)

Telecom Diagnostics:

Perform expert-level testing, diagnostics, and resolution of structured cabling, WAPs, and switching infrastructure Install, terminate, label, and test Cat5e, Cat6, coax, and fiber optic cabling Interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, and AV schematics Communicate and coordinate effectively with senior-level IT, facilities, and construction managers Operate and maintain hand tools, test equipment, scissor lifts, and power tools Document installations and service tickets with accuracy and detail Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Level I and Level II Technicians Ensure full compliance with OSHA safety guidelines and local codes Required Qualifications Minimum 4-6 years experience in low voltage systems installation Proven expertise in Access Control, IP Surveillance, and Commercial AV systems Skilled in structured cabling per TIA/EIA and BICSI standards Proficient with diagnostic tools and test equipment (Fluke, NetAlly, etc.) Ability to troubleshoot and resolve telecom, AV, and network connectivity issues Strong interpersonal and communication skills—capable of interfacing with senior-level technical customers Able to read and mark up construction plans and riser diagrams Valid driver’s license and auto insurance OSHA 10 certification required; BICSI or
