24-36 Months Great Basin Staffing LLC is seeking experienced ISP Cable Pullers to support a major network infrastructure deployment inside commercial and industrial buildings. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent hours, prevailing wage pay, and high-profile project experience .
Project Overview:
This project involves pulling high-count trunk fiber cables (up to 3456F) through structured cable tray systems, conduits, risers, and pathways throughout multi-building facilities. You will be working alongside skilled splicers, network technicians, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Pull and dress fiber and copper cable inside buildings Route cables through trays, conduits, risers, and designated pathways Maintain proper bend radius and industry-standard installation practices Read and follow jobsite prints, floor plans, and install instructions Assist fiber splicers and network techs with pathway prep and staging
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience with structured cabling, low-voltage systems, or ISP installations Familiarity with cable pulling tools and basic indoor cable management systems Ability to read prints, cabling diagrams, and route plans Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
