Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician/Service Technician to join our team, specializing in CCTV and security systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Install and configure CCTV and security systems at customer locations.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on security equipment.
Respond to service calls and provide timely solutions to client issues.
Conduct system assessments and recommend upgrades or repairs.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Provide training to customers on system operation and maintenance. Qualifications D-License
Proven experience in the installation and service of CCTV and security systems.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and system configurations.
Familiarity with intrusion detection, low voltage systems, and data communication.
Experience with access control systems and wireless communication technologies.
Ability to work in construction environments and handle mission-critical systems.
Knowledge of industry-leading software and hardware such as Honeywell Pro Watch, Genetec, and Lenel S2 is preferred. Benefits Company Car
