Cable Technician Utilities One Inc 223 N Main St, Independence, MO 64050 MOLDCABLE INC Is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Cable Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of structured cabling systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of low voltage systems—including data, voice, and video cabling—and is capable of reading blueprints, working with technical documentation, and following strict industry and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems (CAT5e, CAT6, coax, fiber). Set up and configure basic networking equipment (modems, routers, switches). Read blueprints and follow job site specifications. Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance. Ensure work complies with safety standards and building codes. Document work performed and report project status. Communicate professionally with clients and team members.

Work Environment:

Work involves both indoor and outdoor environments. Travel between job sites is required. May involve working in attics, crawl spaces, or on rooftops.

Qualifications:

Have a valid driver license card and social security with a clean records. Have a white colored minivan or pick up truck/SUV. Ability build client trust. We focus on quality and metrics. Ability to provide good key performance.
