The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security systems and surveillance technology, with a focus on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure the safety and security of our clients’ properties. Duties Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and related security equipment. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of surveillance systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with clients to assess their security needs and provide tailored solutions. Read and interpret schematics for installation and repair purposes. Utilize remote access software for monitoring and managing security systems. Implement cabling solutions in compliance with NEC standards. Provide training to clients on the operation of their security systems. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in security technology. Skills Proficiency in installing and maintaining security systems, particularly CCTV and alarm systems. Experience with surveillance technology and remote access software. Strong understanding of cabling techniques and NEC regulations. Ability to read schematics for effective installation and troubleshooting. Certification in relevant security technologies is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to detect issues quickly. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
