Key Responsibilities Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems, including copper and fiber optic cabling Work on a variety of residential, commercial, and government projects Troubleshoot and repair cabling issues, ensuring optimal network performance Follow blueprints, technical diagrams, and industry standards to complete installations Use testing equipment to verify cable performance and ensure compliance with industry standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines Work both independently and collaboratively with other team members and contractors Document work completed and communicate effectively with project managers and clients Qualifications Experience in a similar role or field (we will provide training on our specific processes) Knowledge of network cabling, fiber optics, and structured cabling installation Familiar with

Color Codes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable with heights, confined spaces, and physically demanding tasks Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred No required licenses, but technical certifications (BICSI, OSHA, etc.) are a plus Able to discern between multiple colors.
