Cable Technician 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Charlotte, NC Mold Cable INC is hiring cable installation technician We are seeking for a Cable Installation Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cable systems, including TV, internet, and telephone services. This role involves handling various types of cables, ensuring seamless connectivity, and providing top-notch customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation:
Install cable and telecommunications equipment in residential and commercial locations, ensuring that all connections are secure, and services are functional.
Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance on cable systems, including signal testing, equipment upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve cable and internet connectivity issues, identifying and repairing faults in the network or customer premises equipment.
Customer Service:
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing guidance on service options, explaining billing, and addressing customer concerns.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
