We’re looking for a driven Entry-Level Cabling Technician to join our fast-paced team. This is your opportunity to learn critical skills, work on real job sites, and build a career in structured cabling and network infrastructure—no prior experience necessary.
What You’ll Do:
Work side-by-side with experienced technicians to install voice, data, video, and security cabling Pull, route, and secure copper and fiber optic cables in a variety of environments Assist in terminating cables, installing patch panels, and labeling network connections Learn to read blueprints, floor plans, and schematics to ensure accurate installations Support team operations by handling tools, materials, and job site logistics Gain hands-on experience with cable testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques Ensure job site safety and cleanliness while adhering to company standards
What We’re Looking For:
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job Ability to work in physically active environments—climbing ladders, lifting equipment, working in tight spaces Basic knowledge of hand tools and the ability to follow instructions High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
