Installation Technician Pro AV & Security Cary, NC 27511 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various audio/visual systems, including surveillance equipment, Unifi Networks and fiber terminations. This role requires a strong understanding of technical schematics and hands-on experience with tools. The Installation Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ properties. Responsibilities Install and configure, CCTV cameras, and other surveillance equipment according to specifications Conduct thorough inspections of installed systems to detect any issues or malfunctions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns during installations. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical problems and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in audio/visual systems, fiber and lighting comtrol. Requirements Ability to detect issues within installed systems effectively. Experience with CCTV installation and maintenance is highly desirable. Proficient use of hand tools and computer hardware necessary for installations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
