Full-time •We are ONLY hiring experienced security camera/low voltage techs. Please do not apply if you are a general electrician, construction worker, or have unrelated experience. A fast-growing security company in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Installer/Technician to join our team. This is not a general labor, electrical, warehouse, or construction position. Applicants must meet the qualifications below to be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

Install and program IP and analog security camera systems Run low-voltage cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, coax, etc.) neatly and safely Troubleshoot camera systems, NVRs, DVRs, power supplies, and network issues Communicate clearly with managers, coworkers, and sometimes clients Work independently and as part of a team Respond to on-call service needs on weekends when necessary Ensure job sites are clean and work is completed professionally

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of direct experience installing and programming security camera systems Strong knowledge of wiring, terminations, testing, and system layouts Valid driver’s license OSHA 40 certification (Required) Able to work flexible hours, including some weekends if needed Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing) Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders Own basic hand tools including crimpers Punctual, reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Basic networking knowledge , including: IP addressing Routers and switches PoE setups Connecting NVRs/DVRs to networks Preferred (Not Required): Personal vehicle Experience with alarm systems, access control, or intercoms

Schedule:

8 hour shift Overtime Weekends as needed
