Audio/Video Installer Position Available In Monroe, New York

Adecco is currently seeking Audio/Video Installers in Rochester, NY. To be considered for this Installer position, candidates must have a minimum of 2-years previous direct experience in audio and video installations. As an Installer, you will work closely with the lead technician, to complete quality installations that meet our high standards of safety, precision, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Installer to join our growing team. This position involves traveling to commercial (90%) and residential (10%) sites throughout Monroe County to install a variety of audio and video systems including TVs, projectors, speakers, and more. Occasional travel outside of Monroe County (approximately 10%) may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Safely mount TVs, ceiling projectors, and hanging speakers + Use tools such as stud finders, levels, measuring tape, drills, and screwdrivers to ensure secure installations + Run, terminate, and manage various cables (e.g., HDMI, speaker wire) cleanly and efficiently + Troubleshoot and creatively solve on-site installation challenges + Maintain a clean, professional work area upon job completion + Collaborate effectively with teammates to meet project timelines

Requirements:

+ Valid driver’s license (required to travel in company van; meet at office daily) + Hands-on experience with mounting and cable work + Ability to lift and maneuver equipment as needed + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills + Team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

+ OSHA Certification (a plus) + Licensed in Security System Installation (a plus – currently no one on the team is licensed)

Pay Details:
