KEY JOB DUTIES
Perform new connects, reconnects, upgrades and disconnects for residential television, internet and phone services. Troubleshoot all services up to Cable standards and specifications. Troubleshoot
NOISE, INGRESS
Installations could include relocating cable outlets, replacing/installing drops, adding converters and modems, interior and exterior wiring paths. Provide first-class customer service including detailed customer education on all products. Must have a vehicle capable of carrying a 28′ ladder (SUV, VAN or TRUCK) Mask, Gloves, T-shirt, cargo pants, company jersey ( I will provide the jersey) 24”,28” ladder , 6” ladder All safety tools ( safety belt, 2 cones, hard hat, safety vest, working boots with hill and covered ankle, protection glasses) XM-1 or Xm-2 , Viavi 630 meter, VeEX CX310 ( lease options available ) All cable tools (coax crimper, skipper, cutters, pliers, wrench key 7/16, terminator key, p-key, star key, concrete bit, wood bit, hammer-drill, cordless drill) Iphone or Ipad or Android device Must be able to pass drug screening and background check Strong communication skills

Experience needs to be in markets like: Comcast, Spectrum, COX, Altice ( Suddenlink), DISH or DirecTV will be considered by interview over the phone. if you have no cable experience and not able to purchase a vehicle
