Their work involves handling various types of cables, ensuring connectivity, and providing customer support for any technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Configuration Install and configure cable systems, including internet, telephone, and television services. Perform tests to ensure cable connections are working correctly and that clients receive expected service quality. Set up and install devices such as modems, routers, set-top boxes, and other related equipment. Maintenance and Troubleshooting Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, signal strength, and hardware malfunctions. Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure efficient network performance. Inspect, replace, and repair defective equipment or cables. Customer Interaction Provide support and technical guidance to customers on the proper usage of installed systems. Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding the performance of their cable services. Ensure customer satisfaction by explaining services and assisting with any immediate issues. Safety and Compliance Adhere to all industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies while working on installations. Ensure compliance with regulations when installing equipment or working on sites. Use protective equipment and tools effectively to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Valid driver license and Social Security Card with clear background. White colored minivan/Pickup Truck. Costumers communication skills.
