Your Responsibilities:

Install, terminate, and test Cat5e/Cat6 copper cabling and fiber optics. Assemble and organize IDF/MDF racks, patch panels, and cable management systems. Mount, configure, and focus IP cameras; program NVRs and network components. Accurately interpret blueprints and floor plans, working independently or collaboratively in small teams. Complete thorough project documentation via mobile app, including daily close-out photos.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

Minimum of 1-year experience with commercial structured cabling and CCTV installations. Proficiency in clean terminations (RJ45, keystone jacks, patch panels). Knowledge of cable pathways, ladder racks, J-hooks, and conduit installations. Basic understanding of PoE technology, network switches, and IP addressing. OSHA-10 certification or higher, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Fiber optic fusion splicing and OTDR testing experience. Lift operation certification and comfort working at heights. Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., BICSI, Axis, Hanwha, Hikvision).
