We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Technician to oversee installations, manage teams, and ensure the successful deployment of Wi-Fi networks, fire alarm systems, security cameras, access control systems, and telecommunications setups. As a Lead Technician, you will play a key role in guiding technicians, troubleshooting complex installations, and ensuring project timelines are met with precision. Experienced Leader:
You have 4+ years of experience in low voltage/network cabling, with expertise in structured cabling for Wi-Fi, fire alarms, cameras, access control, and telecom. ✔
Mentor & Trainer:
You can guide, train, and support technicians while ensuring quality control and safety compliance. ✔
Problem-Solving Pro:
You tackle challenges with logic and innovative solutions to keep projects on track. ✔

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Oversee technicians, provide training, and ensure high-quality installations.
Project Execution:
Manage and install Wi-Fi, fire alarms, cameras, access control, and telecom systems while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
Cable Management:
Organize and manage CAT5, CAT6, fiber optic, and coaxial cables for functionality and efficiency.
Client Relations:
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving:
