We are assembling a dedicated team of Nationwide Rollout Low Voltage Technicians to be dispatched from Lowell, Arkansas, and deployed across the country. This is a unique opportunity for motivated technicians who are ready to hit the road, work hard, and earn big through consistent travel and heavy overtime—especially during the busy summer season. Each technician will be assigned a company vehicle immediately and will be deployed to various job sites nationwide to support ongoing commercial and multi-family low voltage installations. This is not a local position. Candidates must be comfortable with indefinite, long-term travel and committed to working a fast-paced schedule week in and week out.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel nationwide for rollout projects, dispatched directly from Lowell, AR. Perform installations of low-voltage systems on commercial building sites. Pull, terminate, and test Cat5/Cat6 cabling. Mount and install support hardware (J-hooks, cable trays, patch panels, racks, etc.). Maintain job site cleanliness and follow all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet aggressive project timelines. Work extended hours including weekends, as needed, to meet deadlines and demand.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
2+ years of structured cabling and low voltage installation experience. Fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and power meter usage a plus. Termination experience with Cat 5, 5e, 6, 6a, and copper cabling. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Experience with finish work (faceplates, labeling, dressing cables). Knowledge of security, access control, fire alarms, and/or network systems a bonus.
Requirements:
Willing and able to travel nationwide for extended periods without notice. Must be based in or willing to travel to the Lowell, AR area for deployment. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided). Able to pass drug screening and background check. Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on your feet for extended periods. Must be able to work overtime regularly—including nights and weekends during rollout phases.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay: $20-$24/hour, based on experience and interview. Overtime pay with plenty of hours available. Company vehicle assigned on Day 1. Travel expenses, lodging, and per diem covered.
