Job Responsibilities:
As a Diesel Technician, you will:
- Hybrid poison in shop and mobile technician
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and vehicles (class 3
- 8).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using computer programs.
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on diesel equipment.
- Repair or replace faulty parts based on diagnoses or inspections.
- Weld and solder as needed for repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns.
- Maintain accurate notes on repair orders to ensure quality.
- Occasionally provide roadside service.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Diesel Mechanic experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to provide your own tools and toolbox.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Skills in PM, air systems, electrical diagnostics and repair, wheel end, coolant systems, AC diagnostics and repair, and more.
Preferred Certifications:

EPA 608-609
License.
