Diesel Technicians Jacksonville, Ocala, and Orlando, Florida Join our growing team at a respected dealership group in Florida! We’re looking for experienced Diesel Technicians to service and repair commercial vehicles across our three Florida locations.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3+ years of stable experience in a dealership or similar environment ✔ Strong diagnostic skills and commitment to quality work ✔ Willingness to complete OEM training and certifications
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair diesel vehicles, including engines, brakes, transmissions, suspensions, and electrical systems Perform test drives, oil changes, alignments, and other routine maintenance Accurately document all repairs using the “Three Cs”: Complaint, Cause, and Correction Communicate additional repair needs for customer approval Adhere to manufacturer policies, warranty procedures, and torque specs Keep work areas clean and organized; treat customers and coworkers with respect Stay current on OEM certifications and complete ongoing training Maintain proper documentation, update supervisors, and return vehicles in clean condition
