  Spherion is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic Technician to join a well-established (50+ year) operation in Brooksville, FL. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient, experienced Diesel Mechanic Technician who can take a list of daily repairs and get right to work
• diagnosing and servicing diesel engines and heavy equipment with confidence and minimal supervision.

Per Hour Responsibilities:

• Review daily work orders and complete assigned duties independently
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs on diesel engines and heavy-duty equipment
• Maintain service records and repair documentation
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards Working hours: 6:00 AM
• 3:00

• 2+ years’ of previous experience working on diesel engines and heavy equipment is required
