This fully air conditioned, state of the art 50 bay shop is a must see! Just need to bring your tools, every bay has brand new toolboxes. Determine each customer’s vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening.

Responsibilities Include:

Experience diagnosing, rebuilding and repairing automotive systems to specifications-knowledge of electrical and computer systems is a plus. Knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions and differentials. Remove and reinstall engines if needed. Explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include other teammates and customers when required. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Test-drive vehicles, test components and systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Continuously learns new technical information and techniques in order to stay abreast with the ever rapidly changing automotive technology. Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales. Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur. Maintains an organized and clean service department. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Valid driver’s license. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate solutions to others. Ford & CDK/ADP experience a plus All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, and MVR.
