$63,000 – $84,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM – 4

PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilities Troubleshoot/repair air brake systems (e.g., SR7, R14, R12), chambers, S-cams, slack adjusters, springs, drums, brake shoes Diagnose/repair cooling systems: clutch fans, radiators, water pumps, thermostats Service turbochargers, charge air coolers, and air conditioning systems Inspect/maintain air compressors and related systems Assist with hydraulic pump repairs and hose fabrication (training available) Diagnose/repair electrical systems: charging, batteries, lighting, brakes, turn signals Service driveline components: drive shafts, pinion seals, torque rods, transverse rods Maintain/troubleshoot mixer-specific equipment (training provided) Work independently or as part of a team Communicate clearly; document repairs accurately Remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Diesel mechanic training/certification preferred Experience with heavy-duty trucks (mixer/vocational a plus) Valid driver s license required; CDL a plus Must have own tools (specialty tools provided as needed)

Skills & Competencies:
