  I am lookig for a diesel mechanic who can be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of diesel-powered vehicles and machinery.

High School Responsibilities Summary:

Performs all phases of equipment repairs for the fleet of diesel trucks, tankers, and flatbeds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Knowledge and Competency Requirements:

• Previous experience as a diesel mechanic
• Knowledge of shop equipment
• Welding skills
• strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Education and/or

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes and lubrications
• Applicant has the ability to repair , reline, replace and adjust brakes
• Perform welding and cutting
• Trouble shoot and repair electrical issues
• Ensure cleanliness of shop and surrounding areas
• Adhere to company rules and regulations
• Complete work orders and discuss work with supervisor
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company The essential functions of this role include:
