Job Description
Diesel Technicians needed. Lots of work, plenty of hours, great pay, many benefits, and a great schedule! Must have a positive attitude and be eager to learn!
Responsibilities:
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership.
Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair agriculture equipmentCommunicate directly with the Service Manager so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.
Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications:
2+ years of Service Technician experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentDiesel mechanic experience requiredService Technician experience requiredKubota experience preferredDexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordinationMechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentExcellent customer service skills and basic computer competenciesMust be able to work weekendsPositive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improveEnjoy working in a dynamic environmentTeammate with the ability to collaborate with others effectivelyAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordWilling to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background checkPay may vary based on experience     Labor Finders is an equal opportunity employer.
