Pay-for-Performance:
$72,000
- $163,000 (A/B Level Technicians) depending on your skill level, experience, and efficiency.
Earn $27 to $45 per hour on a performance-based pay scale
Employment Type:
Full-Time | Multi-Brand Repairs | Advanced Diesel Diagnostics Responsibilities Perform diagnostic tests, inspections, and preventative maintenance on diesel and gas-powered vehicles. Repair, replace, and service key vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions (R&R), fuel, emissions, brakes, HVAC, hydraulics, and electrical components . Work with DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) systems and advanced diagnostic tools . Accurately document repair plans and communicate with service advisors on work progress. Conduct test drives to verify vehicle performance after repairs. Maintain a safe and clean work environment , adhering to all company and industry regulations. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Diesel or Automotive Technician. Strong background in small trucks up to Class 8 vehicles (gas & diesel engines). Expertise in DPF & diagnostics, transmission R&R, and engine repair across multiple brands. Familiarity with Cummins, Isuzu, Allison Transmissions, and other major truck components (preferred). Proficiency in diesel diagnostic software and repair tools . Must have own tools and a valid driver’s license (CDL Class A preferred). High school diploma or Diesel Technician Degree preferred .
