Heavy Duty and Medium Duty Diesel Mechanic Job Summary:

Looking to hire a Motivated, Eager Diesel Mechanic to work on Light, Medium and Heavy Duty Trucks and Equipment. Wide variety of work including general maintenance on diesel engines, rebuilds, general Maintenance and shop upkeep. We need a person that doesn’t mind working in the elements, as we work in the snow and heat with emergency breakdowns etc.

Duties:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and other systems
• Inspect and test vehicles to identify any potential issues or malfunctions
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot problems and make accurate diagnoses
• Complete necessary repairs in a timely manner

Experience:

• Experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role
• Knowledge of diesel and gas engine repair and service
• Able to diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and other systems
• Experience with welding is a plus but not required
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required Must have own tools and valid drivers license.
