Diesel Mechanic Lyndhurst, NJ $36-$37/hr | Full-Time | Onsite Ready to turn wrenches and take the lead? Join a well-established, family-run logistics and rigging company that handles everything from ocean containers to oversized equipment. We re looking for a hands-on Diesel Mechanic to help keep our specialized fleet running smoothly. What You ll Do Diagnose and repair diesel trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment Perform preventive maintenance and DOT inspections Keep detailed repair records and prioritize safety Lead daily shop operations and help guide junior techs Make smart calls that keep our trucks on the road and schedules on track What You Bring 3+ years of diesel mechanic experience (fleet, trailers, heavy haul a big plus) Diagnostics and repair skills Familiarity with DOT standards and inspection procedures Experience with air brakes, hydraulics, and electrical systems A no-nonsense work ethic and pride in doing the job right Why De Mase?
