We are looking for an on the road Full Time Heavy Diesel Mechanic to perform a variety of tasks on heavy duty trucks, large construction vehicles, dump trucks and tractor trailers at various job sites within New York. Uniforms Job Responsibilities:
Inspect, diagnose and repair brake systems, engines, electrical components, steering systems, transmissions and tires. Repair malfunctioning components, perform basic maintenance, use computerized equipment along with welding torches, hydraulic jacks, pneumatic wrenches and basic repair tools/equipment. Ability to test drive before and after repairs.
Requirements:
experience as a mechanic or technician Inspection/ASE Certified Master license a plus Some travel between work locations Wage based on experience – higher pay scale includes overtime •Zoladz offers an annual tool allowance and provided uniforms.
