Job Description
- Diesel Equipment Mechanics
- We are seeking a few skilled Diesel Equipment Mechanics to join our
PITTSBURGH
team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on our large inventory of heavy-duty equipment.

Salary:
$25 to $35+/hr (Based on Experience)
- Full-Time, First Shift (730-5p) Monday-Friday, with Overtime Available (paid for anything over 8hrs/day)
- We’re looking for skilled Diesel Equipment Mechanics to join our growing team. You’ll work on a wide range of heavy-duty machines—keeping our equipment in top shape through regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

What You’ll Do:
- + Inspect, clean, service, and repair diesel-powered equipment (loaders, excavators, trucks, etc.) + Troubleshoot and fix issues with engines, brakes, electrical systems, and hydraulics + Use various tools, diagnostic software, and heavy equipment + Perform regular preventive maintenance (oil changes, filters, fluids, etc.) + Prep returned equipment for its next use or lease

What You’ll Need:
- + At least 5 years of hands-on experience with diesel engines and/or heavy equipment + Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems + Ability to diagnose problems and work independently or with a team + Must own a suitable set of tools + Familiarity with Service ADVISOR, Cummins Insite or similar diagnostic tools is a plus.
+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience + Must be able to pass a basic background check and drug screen.
