Job Summary We arehiring a skilled Tier 3 Diesel Mechanic / Technician with at least5 years of hands-on experience in diesel maintenance and repair. Inthis role, you will perform everything from routine preventivemaintenance to complex diagnostics and repairs. You’ll also supportentry-level technicians and contribute to a safe, efficient shopenvironment. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance (PM)on diesel trucks and equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical,hydraulic, and electrical systems Use company software forcompleting repair orders and tracking work Communicate effectivelywith the team and service manager Mentor Tier 1 and entry-leveltechnicians Ensure safety and environmental compliance Stay currentwith diesel technology and training Qualifications 5 years ofdiesel mechanic experience Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, andrepair skills Detail-oriented and dependable Experience with trashtrucks a plus Must have your own tools CDL is preferred but notrequired Comfortable using computers and diagnostic tools BenefitsCompetitive pay 401(k) with employer match Health, Dental, andVision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) EmployeeDiscount Program Referral Bonus Program Opportunities foradvancement and continued training
