Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00
PM On-Call Availability:
Required for emergency repairs (ONLY Monday-Friday)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Rock Hill, SC. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, fluid changes, and general upkeep of diesel trucks and trailers. Responsibilities:
Perform basic maintenance and repairs on diesel trucks and trailers Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) Inspect, repair, and replace brakes and tires Use diagnostic tools and equipment for inspections and troubleshooting Assist senior technicians with complex repairs Maintain accurate service and repair records Follow all safety protocols and company standards Keep the work area clean, organized, and environmentally compliant
Requirements:
Experience:
1+ years of experience in diesel truck/trailer maintenance Familiarity with truck and trailer systems (brakes, lights, suspension, air systems) Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
Skills:
Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus) Must have your own basic tools Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn and grow within the team
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods Capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing heavy equipment
