Randstad Lewisburg is looking for an experienced Diesel Tractor & Lawn Equipment Mechanic to join our “retail” team. In this role, you’ll not only perform maintenance and repairs on diesel tractors, mowers, and other outdoor power equipment—but also communicate directly with customers to explain repairs, provide service estimates, and ensure a top-notch experience. $52,000 – $66,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: No Degree Required Responsibilities The diesel equipment mechanic for lawn and tractor equipment would be responsible for the repair and maintenance of these machines, including diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and replacing worn or damaged parts. This role requires understanding of diesel engine mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems, as well as experience with various tools and equipment. Diagnose and repair diesel engines, tractors, lawn mowers, and other diesel powered outdoor equipment Perform preventative maintenance, tune-ups, and safety inspections Interact with customers to assess issues, explain repair needs, and provide timelines Keep detailed service records and complete work orders accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Assist with equipment setup, warranty claims, and parts lookup as needed Contribute to a positive, customer-focused retail environment The essential functions of this role include:
