What You’ll Be Doing:
Diagnose and repair diesel trucks (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, etc.) Perform regular maintenance and inspections Keep detailed and accurate service records Communicate clearly with service writers and customers when needed Help shape the shop’s systems and standards as one of our first hires!
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years experience as a diesel mechanic (or similar role) Familiarity with common diagnostic tools and equipment Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Valid driver’s license Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work well as part of a team and independently Understanding and compliance with specific instructions, guidelines, and safety policies Ability to move, lift 50+ pounds working in close quarters CDL or ASE certifications a plus, but not required
