Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings. Handle service calls independently and provide expert solutions to customers. Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and safety regulations. Maintain accurate work logs and documentation. Provide professional recommendations to customers regarding upgrades, repairs, and energy efficiency. Work with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency. Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Lead Electrician or Service Technician. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must provide their own basic tools. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
